1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in the OCULAR Interface Membership Program, the member (hereinafter referred to as “Member”) agrees to the following terms and conditions (T&Cs).

Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over. Enrolment is subject to verification of credentials by OCULAR Interface.

3. Membership Benefits

Members are entitled to access exclusive content, resources, and tools provided by OCULAR Interface. Benefits are subject to change and may vary over time.

4. Membership Duration and Renewal

Membership is valid for one year from the date of enrolment. Renewal is subject to the discretion of OCULAR Interface and may require re-verification of eligibility.

5. Membership Fees

Membership fees, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of enrolment or renewal. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these T&Cs.

6. Use of Membership

Membership is non-transferable and is intended solely for the personal or professional use of the Member.

Members must conduct themselves ethically and responsibly. Misuse of membership privileges or violation of these T&Cs may result in suspension or termination of membership.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, resources, and materials provided through the membership are the intellectual property of OCULAR Interface or its licensors. Use of such materials is subject to copyright laws and other intellectual property rights.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OCULAR Interface provides membership services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

OCULAR Interface shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the membership.

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

OCULAR Interface reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new T&Cs.

13. Termination

OCULAR Interface reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for breach of these T&Cs or for conduct detrimental to OCULAR Interface or its interests.

14. Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OCULAR Interface operates.
