OCULAR Interface is proud to sponsor the Poppy Grant, offering up to £1,000 to support innovative entrepreneurs in technology and vision sciences. For the past three years, this initiative has focused on empowering aspiring individuals to transform their ideas into impactful ventures. This year, we are pleased to continue this tradition, inspiring vision science enthusiasts to combine their passion for technology with entrepreneurship.
The grant invites students and recent graduates (within five years) who are Premium Members of Vision Science Academy to submit groundbreaking ideas. Starting February 1, 2025, applications will be accepted for innovative projects that drive technological advancement within the vision sciences sector.
To apply, participants must provide:
- A comprehensive business plan.
- A detailed one-year financial forecast.
Selected candidates will undergo a structured evaluation process, including:
- Initial review of their proposal.
- Interviews to discuss the project’s potential.
- Submission of progress reports for final evaluation.
